Refund Policy

This cancellation and refund policy below covers, but is not limited to, Convention registration
fees, Convention activities requiring additional fees, and exhibitor table fees.

  1. The 44th NNGC 2024 Convention will fully refund registration and extra fare fees (minus a
    $20.00 administrative fee in all cases) until August 1st, 2024.
  2. No registration and/or extra fare fees refund requests will be accepted, or refunds approved,
    after August 1st, 2024, through, and past the Convention.
  3. DEALER Registration Refund Policy: A full refund of the vendor registration, less 50%, will
    be provided from February 1, 2024 through June 20, 2024.
  4. DEALER Registration Refund Policy: No refund will be issued for cancellations July 1, 2024.

All refund requests shall be made in writing (emails are acceptable) to the 44th NNGC Executive
Committee. Approved refunds will be processed and will be refunded after the close of the
Convention via payment by check.

All requests for cancellation refunds shall made be prior to the beginning of the Convention. No
requests shall be accepted after the start of the Convention, September 10, 2024. Registrants and
vendors who fail to attend the Convention without making prior arrangements will not receive
refunds. No refund will be granted on unused extra fare tickets, tour tickets, or modeling clinic

All refund requests must be submitted to the 44 NNGC Executive Committee and will be
considered on a case-by-case basis. The 44 NNGC Executive Committee will, at their discretion,
decide the validity of the refund request and is the only body authorized to make refunds. Their
