Located in the heart of Amish country, The Age of Steam Roundhouse, Sugarcreek, Ohio, is a museum
housing steam and diesel locomotives, passenger cars and other railroad equipment in a modern
roundhouse, the first such facility built in the United States since 1951. The collection consists of 22
steam locomotives in an 18-stall brick roundhouse that includes a full working back shop facility, 115-
foot turntable and pit, and other yard amenities such as coal dock, wood water tank and ash pit.
Age of Steam is offering a 20% discount to convention participants that arrive for a tour/event
between September 12 and September 28 , 2024 (Only those dates). This includes all Regular
Roundhouse Tours, Yard Tour, Ferroequinologist Tours, and the Regular Roundhouse Tours that are
part of Fall Steam Festival. There will be an operating steam locomotive on Saturday, September 28,
during the Fall Steam Festival.

On- Line Ticket Purchase Instructions
1) Select the tickets that you want to purchase and add them to the cart (click “Get Tickets”).
2) Review what is in your cart. On this screen under the selected tickets is a box to enter the
coupon code. Type in the coupon code and click “Apply Coupon.” To receive your coupon code,
please use the form below to have a coupon code sent to you.
3) Then click “Proceed to Checkout”
4) On the new screen type in the Attendee’s names and click “Save & Checkout”
5) A new screen appears to input the buyer’s contact and credit card information. Enter this
information and accept the waiver. Click “Place Order” if you forgot to enter the coupon code,
this is another screen to do so)
6) A screen should appear with the tickets order as well as you should receive an email with
the ticket order and ticket ids to present at the counter when you arrive. Also, you can easily
just provide your name to the counter attendant upon arrival.
Walk-in Ticket Purchase Instructions
Discount will also be applied for walk-in tickets at the time of purchase, at the Roundhouse, by
showing your convention credentials at the ticket window. Again, for all tours and events listed
above but only for the dates listed above.
